At NFN8 Brands, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, under the conditions outlined below.
🛍️ Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
A proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice) is required.
❗ Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used or damaged items unless they are faulty.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you via email that we have received your returned product.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products not in their original packaging.
Sale or clearance items (unless they are faulty).
Gift cards or downloadable items.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will guide you through the process and offer a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be defective.
